Another Day in Paradise...or A Day in the Life of a Delta Supervisor!
Where's Waldo?
The names have been changed to protect the innocent...Saturday I received a call from one of my agents..."We lost a cat". He was "tiggery" (as in T-I-double G-E-R) and bouncing around in his kennel when suddenly the side of the kennel blew out and the cat was on the RUNWAY. Two or three of the employees chased him as far as they could. They searched for over an hour and then spotted him dashing back toward the terminal and jumping into a drain. Animal rescue was notified, they placed a trap with a large can of tuna inside and hoped for the best. This morning I asked one of the ramp employees to show me where the trap was set. We walked over and there he was...inside the trap....tuna can empty...search and rescue was over. We notified his owner and made arrangements for his flight home. Delta provided a "proper" kennel and "Waldo" was on his way home. Another day in the life of an airline supervisor.

Too funny! I thought you were going to tell us he got hit by a plane.
no no no....Jason said it was probably a "cat scam"...he wanted a "free ride" to Seattle...which he got and a NEW KENNEL.
glad to hear.
whose cat is that in the photo?
have NO IDEA....I told you ...names changed to protect the innocent...but this cat, whoever he is, looks like "Waldo".
and Waldo was NOT HIS NAME....I told you his real name.
yeah, i know that. it just looked like your deck...so was wondering whose cat the photo was of.
